Real Estate

I had been brought up in a middle class family having no ancestral property. Now as we two brothers got good jobs, we are trying to collect some stability in terms of money and we want to buy some plots, make money through investing in mutual funds, equities. We had no taste of these financial instruments. The real estate, cost of plots and flats has been increasing since 9-10 years. Now we are hearing that costs have come down.. don't know how much ? It should be in our reach. We had booked 2 plots worth 12 lakhs a year before and still paying the instalments which will end up a year after. Till then we are locked !!. Whichever liquidity we enjoy now is from salary only, hence i will not consider myself investing money in shares in this slippy scenerio. Some say that this is the opportunity at lows.. but i cannot dare to take risk at this crucial point. Now I am trying to find a way to earn some money by working at home on the computer which I own and my wife can pursue the computer job. She will also be busy in noons and will earn some satisfaction too.. This blog is first step towards that.. I am also looking for data-entry jobs online.. Let's see what is lying there... OK !
